It is starting to feel a lot like Halloween downtown. This Friday the downtown horse carriage will change into the Haunted Horse Trolley! On the haunted trolley, you can expect ghost stories and a tour of the haunted barn, too. This tour is tailored for the kiddies- so bring 'em out!
