- Kasey Valente
- A native Northern Californian, Kasey moved to Wilmington, NC in the fall of '94, and has been hooked on the area ever since. Kasey is a UNCW graduate, with a background in marketing and advertising. Kasey has a strong interest in “green building” and has used that knowledge in marketing and promoting the builders and communities she represents. She has been a guest lecturer at the Cape Fear Green Building Alliance, speaking on “eco-brokerage” and the benefits of living downtown. Kasey joined Intracoastal Realty’s general brokerage division in 2006, working as part of a sales team. She transitioned into Intracoastal New Homes and Condominiums in 2007 when she saw an opportunity to represent Plantation Builders in their new downtown condominium developments. Kasey is a top producer and has achieved multiple sales awards and recognition. Kasey spent many years studying martial arts, including Judo, Ju Jitsu, and karate and earned her black belt in the Wado-Ryu style of karate in January 2006. She will bring the same honor, diligence and patience learned through the martial arts to every real estate transaction she is involved in.
